They remotely coach both competitive bodybuilders as well as lifestyle clients just looking to reach an optimal level of health and fitness! No matter your goals or abilities as long as you’re ready and willing to work hard and be dedicated to yourself they are ready to help push you and guide you to reaching your goals.
Alex and Ami Pomeroy have a combined two decades worth of training and bodybuilding experience. Based out of Jacksonville, FL they run a private personal training studio where they work with clients of all ages and abilities with a wide spectrum of fitness and health goals.

They are both ISSA certified personal trainers and Alex is an ISSA certified sports nutritionist. Alex turned pro winning his class in classic physique at the 2020 NPC Universe earning his IFBB pro status. Ami is a perennial national level bikini competitor who has transformed her body postpartum and continues to pave the way for other women especially moms.
